Duplex apartments "Casa Vista"
The three lovingly fitted one-bedroom duplex apartments "Casa Vista", built in 2003, have a size of aprox. 50 sq/ms, including the pergola, and are located in the same garden as the main building Villa La Jamisa, and "Casa Vital", our wellness area.
The apartments are ideally suited for two persons, and equipped with everything you need for a very individual stay, including a kitchen. They have their own entrance, a terrace with table, chairs and sunshade and a pleasing high-level interior decoration.
Each has its own individually adjustable awning, providing a well-protected living-area outside and, of course, its very own panoramic seaview.
Even from the beds you have great seaviews, and you can observe the sunrise over the mountains as well.
All rooms are "no smoking", for your convenience (ashtrays on the terraces).

The terrace is protected by an individually adjustable awning, thus providing a pleasant and inviting spot to rest, to take food or drinks, or just to enjoy the view.

The double rooms
"El Jardin" is located at the garden level of the main building Villa La Jamisa, and has its own entrance as well as a private terrace with great views at the sea, the valley, the mountains and the garden. Aprox. 22 sq/ms in size, it is comfortable accommodation with a touch of natural style and peaceful ambience. The en-suite bath is modern with shower, washstand, large mirror and storage trays. A refrigerator is fitted.

The more modern "standard" double rooms are located in the adjacent Casa BuenaVista, and have a separate entranc e, a bedroom in natural earthen colours and a modern adjoining bathroom with shower, washstand, large mirror and storage trays. They also have direct access to garden and pool as well as a terrace.
The double rooms are "no smoking" (ashtrays on the  terraces).

The Suites

The "SunSuite", styled and decorated in 2007, is aprox. 48 sq/ms in size and is located in the main building Villa La Jamisa. The colours "terracotta" and "sunyellow" were chosen to give thi s suite its special light touch and feel; enhanced by panoramic seaviews from all windows. The salon has a sofa, armchair, table, tea-kitchen, SAT TV, DVD-player and a large cupboard. The semi-separate bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, and a large adjoining bathroom with bathtub / shower, washstand with vanity mirror and storage trays.

The tea-kitchen in both suites are fitted with microwave, coffee-maker, water-kettle, toaster, refrigerator and, of course, the necessary utensils.
A super-silent air conditioning unit with remote control is optional in both suites.

The suites are "no smoking" (ashtrays on the terraces).

"The SunSuite"

The spacious living room offers comfort and pleasant ambience. The separate tea-kitchen and a large wall- cupboard are quite useful amenities.
TV (digital SAT ASTRA1) and a DVD player are for your entertainment; or you simply enjoy the view and the soothing sounds of the fountain in the garden.

"La Suite" is aprox. 49 sq/ms in size, and is also located in the main building Villa La Jamisa. It is an exclusive, Spanish-style junior-suite, featuring a large Moorish-style bathroom and an elegant sitting area, with SAT-TV. The double bed is extra comfortable. La Suite also has a tea-kitchen (see above), its own entrance and direct access to the garden, an arched terrace and quite spectacular seaviews.

The spacious luxurious living room has two very comfortable sofas, two tables, a large wall- cupboard, tea-kitchen and TV (digital SAT ASTRA1) with DVD player.
The semi-enclosed sleeping area is fitted with an original DUNLOPILLO LATEX bed, c/w semi-flexible compound understructure. It is particularly comfortable and guarantees fitful sleep

"La Suite"

The luxury bath in Spanish-Moorish style has original handmade tiles, double washbasins, vanity mirror, large wall cupboards, separate shower with lights, and a big triangular bathtub.

The view from the arched terrace ist spectacular; wonderful during the day, and fascinating at night, when the moon is reflected in the water.

Panorama apartment "BuenaVista"
Our new spacious apartment for 4 - 6 guests has aprox. 120 sq/ms and a large top-floor terrace with truly spectacular views at the Costa del Sol coast. Fitted to a high standard, using natural colours, it offers a large salon with two sofas, an extra double bed, an american bar-type kitchen, a fireplace, and SAT TV.
A choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms, both with a modern adjoining bathrooms with bathtub/shower and a large washstand. Private parking in front.
This apartment is also "no smoking" (ashtrays on the terrace).
It is suitable for a vacation, or for a long-term stay.

Panorama apartment "BuenaVista"

The spacious salon (40 sq/ms) with pleasant overall ambience. In the corner, an extra convertible couch/bed which is quite comfortable.

The kitchen-bar for 6 with ceramic stove surface, refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, etc.

• All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses, for comfort and health, and in winter, additional heated under-beds (so that you can sleep comfortably with open windows)

• In the summer, a ventilator (air conditioning is not really necessary here)

To secure a booking, we will ask you to make a deposit to our bank account. Sorry, no credit cards (in Spain, card acceptance costs are rather high). You may also pay using PayPal (fee 3,4%).

IBAN bank transfers are fast and low cost: From July1, 2003, banks are obliged to charge no more for IBAN EU-transfers than for domestic transfers. This EU decree 2560/2001 is valid in all EU countries and binding for all banks. Using our IBAN-number, transfers take only two days.
